DYRBERG HUERTA processes personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of personal data that we may process:

We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent their children's data from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data from a minor without consent, please contact us at anadhphotography@gmail.com so that we can delete this information as soon as possible.

DYRBERG HUERTA processes your personal data for the purpose of providing you with better service. We do not make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (such as an employee of DYRBERG HUERTA) involved. We do not use computer programs or systems.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

DYRBERG HUERTA does not retain personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

▪ Personal data: up to 7 years. If you do not delete a comment you have posted, it will remain on the site. You can delete it yourself or email anadhphotography@gmail.com if you are unable to delete the comment yourself. We will ensure that the data is deleted within 7 days.

▪ Address: up to two weeks. If you have made an appointment and your address information was required, DYRBERG HUERTA will apply a different retention period, but will never retain your information for longer than is strictly necessary.

This is to protect your privacy. DYRBERG HUERTA will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks. DYRBERG HUERTA would like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can do so via this link.
